Senior Enterprise Sales

Senior Enterprise Sales role will drive new deals with Fortune 1000 enterprises for DivvyCloud’s automation software leveraging our success with customer like General Electric Company, Discovery Communications, Fannie Mae and others.


  • Prospect, manage and close new enterprise accounts
  • Work closely with customer executives (CIO’s, CISO’s and SVP’s of Cloud/Infrastructure) and their teams to align the value of DivvyCloud software with their cloud adoption strategies
  • Grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities from inbound and self-generated leads
  • Develop and execute enterprise account penetration strategies to create oppportunities to drive them to closed deals
  • Utilize our CRM to track all pertinent information related to the opportunities, accounts and key stakeholders
Customer Success / Technical Account Manager

We have great opportunities for experienced account managers with a passion for driving enterprise cloud infrastructure adoption and customer success. This role represents a single point of ownership for our enterprise customers facilitating technical, operational and commercial activities drawing on the rest of the DivvyCloud team. Account managers deliver value through a deep understand of the customer cloud strategies, technical/operational requirements, and priorities of key stakeholders across security, IT, compliance and product teams. Account managers bring the full scope of DivvyCloud automation technology to bear on client security, cost and governance requirements for cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project management of pre-sale POC’s, production implementations, upgrades, and expansions of Divvycloud software
  • In partnership with the customer, establish and track key metrics of success to measure value delivered and customer satisfaction
  • Develop proactive account strategies and solutions that expand the use of our software thereby growing value for the customer and revenue for DivvyCloud
  • Build key customer relationships from executive sponsors to operational stakeholders to hands-on technologists
  • Facilitate troubleshooting and support activities to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve agreed service levels
  • Identify, validate and prioritize customer requirements and requests to feed back into DivvyCloud product development and business process improvements
  • Manage contract renewals and upgrades


  • BA/BS or advanced degree in business and/or computer sciences
  • 5+ years experience in commercial enterprise account management for technology products (we work primarily with enterprise technology teams)
  • Knowledge and hands-on expertise with public and/or private cloud technologies
  • Architecture Certification with at least one major Public Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google) as significant bonus
    Technology start-up experience is an advantage

Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate senior developer to join our growing engineering team. This person should bring deep curiosity about all areas of technology, as well as specific expertise in Python, cloud technologies, automation, distributed systems, and efficient beautifully designed code. This individual will play a foundational role in architecting and developing new innovative features of our cloud automation platform, as well as guiding and mentoring more junior developers.


  • Drive all phases of the software development life cycle utilizing Agile Scrum methodology in the creation of innovative software products
  • Expand the DivvyCloud distributed platform to support additional services/frameworks
  • Write detailed design documents and lead design reviews with a cross-functional group
  • Help lead research and development efforts to ensure continual innovation
  • Mentor junior developers and peers

  • 7+ years of experience as a software developer
  • BA/BS or advanced degree in computer sciences or equivalent work experience
  • Deep understanding of Python, MySQL, and Javascript
  • Knowledge of public/private cloud computing technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, OpenStack and VMware
  • Knowledge of Docker / Container based technologies and MySQL skills

Enterprise Cloud Automation Architect

Our cloud architects bring in depth knowledge of enterprise cloud adoption and technical chops to help the world’s leading companies automate their cloud operations with DivvyCloud software. You will play a key role throughout the customer lifecycle.  Ideal candidates bring a mix of cloud infrastructure knowledge, DevOps experience and client engagement skills to the table.


  • Using your unique blend of knowledge and hands-on expertise related to cloud technologies and enterprise cloud operations, you will work with customers to leverage the DivvyCloud platform to achieve their goals.
  • Engage the customer Security, IT Operations, DevOps and Governance stakeholders to understand how they can deliver the benefits of “cloud” to their organizations while reducing the risks through automation.
  • Develop custom proof-of-concept solutions using the DivvyCloud platform for immediate customer impact while helping bring the best ideas back into the core product offering.
  • Provide technical problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer and DivvyCloud teams.
  • Leverage hands-on customer experience and proof-points to educate and engage the broader community of prospects, customers, partners and coworkers.


  • 5+ years of enterprise technology implementation experience
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more public / private cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, Openstack or VMware).
  • Expertise working with Linux based distributions such as Ubuntu/RHEL/CentOS. Working knowledge of RDBMS such as MySQL. Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
  • Software development experience in languages such as Python and Ruby a plus.
  • Customer facing skills to represent DivvyCloud within the customer’s environment and drive discussions with all levels of personnel regarding solution design, technical approach, best practices, and project management.
  • Currently located or relocating to the Washington DC metropolitan area.
  • Experience working in a small, fast-growing startup environment.
Solution Architect
We’re looking for a Solution Architect Project Managers (SAPM) engage throughout the customer lifecycle from technical deep dives during the sales process; to set-up of DivvyCloud software; to helping build Automation Bots and providing ongoing support and guidance as customers execute their cloud strategies.
