Integrations

DivvyCloud is designed to integrate with external systems for both inbound (data aggregation, data collection) and outbound (notifications, ticketing) actions. The Integrations interface, which was first introduced in release 17.01, enables customers to easily configure these third-party integrations, such as those for Slack, PagerDuty, ServiceNow, and others.

Available Integrations

The Slack integration provides DivvyCloud the ability to send notification messages to Slack channels, and is compatible with all DivvyCloud resources. As an example, you can send high priority security alerts when noncompliant security group rules are provisioned, such as SSH open to the world.

The PagerDuty integration provides DivvyCloud the ability to send PagerDuty notification messages in response to infrastructure noncompliance conditions identified by DivvyCloud. As an example, you can send high priority security alerts when noncompliant Security Group rules are provisioned such as SSH open to the world. This integration is compatible with all DivvyCloud resources.

The Jira integration provides DivvyCloud the ability to create Jira tasks, and is compatible with all DivvyCloud resources. As an example, you can create a Jira task if a bot locates an Instance with SSH open to the world.

The Tenable integration provides DivvyCloud the ability to communicate with assets in your Tenable accounts. As an example, you can send high priority security alerts when a Tenable Agent has not checked in recently or it has no Agent configured.

The Splunk integration provides DivvyCloud the ability to send notification messages to your Splunk indexes, and is compatible with all DivvyCloud resources. As an example, you can send high priority security alerts when noncompliant Security Group rules are provisioned, such as SSH open to the world.
